Health coaching addresses all pillars of health, including nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management. In my coaching practise I also offer support working with emotions and traumas. I’ve been studying various modalities which address root cause of disease and offer a number of techniques to address it.
We all are very unique, with distinct goals, challenges and preferences. Tailoring advice and strategies to individual needs, increases the likelihood of success.
By incorporating behavioral psychology to understand the root cause of habits and behaviours, health coaching supports meaningful and sustainable changes.
Every coaching session focuses on establishing positive habits that become ingrained in daily life. While creating SMART ( Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) goals together, we also use techniques from various specialist in the field of habits and change such as: James Clear, BJ Fogg or Katy Milkman.
To increase likelihood of your success, we will also identify and utilize your character strengths to make this journey even more personalised.

Here's the 6-week health coaching program outline:
1st Meeting
Initial assessment of habits, nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress levels, and environment.
Understanding your current lifestyle, health concerns, and setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound both short-term and long-term goals.
Exploring your character strengths and how they can aid in habit formation.
Introduction to habit loops and cues.
2nd Meeting
Nutrient basics and understanding your dietary preferences.
Crafting a balanced and sustainable nutrition plan.
3rd Meeting
Identifying stressors and their impact on your health.
Introducing stress reduction strategies, including breathwork and vagus nerve stimulation.
Understanding behavioral psychology and how it influences lifestyle changes.
4th Meeting
Assessing your fitness levels and preferences.
Designing a realistic and enjoyable exercise routine.
5th Meeting
Circadian rhythm and how to optimise your sleep.
Discussing strategies for maintaining and evolving the health improvements beyond the program.
6th Meeting
Introduction to German New Medicine and Recall Healing. Creating life-lines and exploring project-purpose principles. Working with emotions and using emotional release techniques.
Throughout the Program:
Regular check-ins and progress assessments and celebrating achievements.
Practical tips and resources shared for each pillar of health.
Continuous encouragement and support for overcoming challenges.
