I take a science-backed, holistic approach to transformation, combining neuroscience, behaviour science, and positive psychology to help you understand the patterns that hold you back—and the strategies that will move you forward. Change isn’t about forcing yourself into a new way of being; it’s about working with your biology, psychology, and emotions to create shifts that feel aligned and lasting.

Why sustainable change is difficult?

Change is not easy. Our brains are wired for survival, not transformation. They favor familiarity, equating it with safety. The moment we introduce something new—a habit, a perspective, a significant shift—our brains sound the alarm, triggering resistance and making us retreat into what is known. This resistance is not just psychological; it’s part of what’s known as immunity to change—an unconscious system that keeps us stuck until we learn how to overcome it.

Understanding your brain is key to overcoming resistance and creating lasting change.

I've been fascinated by the brain for a long time and had the opportunity to work as a neurofeedback therapist, conducting brain mapping using qEEG for several years. This work deepened my understanding of how our neural patterns reinforce both our limitations and our potential for growth. But understanding these mechanisms can empower us to move through resistance and create lasting, meaningful transformation.

How can I help you?

My work is about guiding people through the process of transformation in a way that feels natural and sustainable. With over 15 years in the health and wellness industry, I’ve helped many individuals overcome internal barriers and create meaningful changes in their lives. My professional path has taken me through various roles, from bodywork, massage therapy, and energy healing to managing holistic health spaces, teaching Kundalini Yoga, facilitating breathwork, and working in functional medicine and neurofeedback.

I am passionate about creating health and understand that physical well-being is a strong foundation for deeper transformation. Since the end of 2022, I have been working as a health coach, collaborating with some of the best functional medicine practitioners in the UK and gaining a deeper understanding of how health is truly created.

Now, after years of gathering diverse experiences and working with hundreds of people, I blend everything I’ve learned into a powerful coaching experience.
