Death Doula

Supporting peaceful and graceful transitions at the end of life

A gentle presence during life’s final transition

Are you, or someone close to you, approaching the later stages of life and feeling the need for support?

Would you like to have someone by your side who can offer calm, steady guidance through this time?

Are you looking for a space where you can speak openly about death, your wishes, and what truly matters to you?

What is a Death Doula?

A death doula offers non-medical, holistic support to individuals and their families during the end-of-life process.

This can include emotional, practical, and spiritual support — always guided by your needs, your values, and your wishes.

Just as a birth doula supports the arrival of new life, a death doula supports the closing stages of life, helping to bring more awareness, presence, and dignity to this transition.

How I can support you

My role is to walk alongside you during this time, offering a calm and supportive presence.

This may include:

  • emotional support and compassionate listening

  • creating space for open conversations about death and dying

  • supporting you in expressing and honouring your wishes

  • helping to create a peaceful and supportive environment

  • offering support to family members and loved ones

  • being present during the final stages, if needed

Each experience is unique, and the support is always guided by what feels right for you.

A gentle approach to a sensitive topic

For many of us, death is a difficult subject to approach.

Yet, when we allow space to reflect on our own mortality, it can bring a deeper sense of clarity, meaning, and presence to how we live.

This work is not about taking anything away — it is about creating space for acceptance, support, and a more conscious experience of this natural part of life.

My intention

I am here to support you with care, respect, and compassion, regardless of your beliefs, background, or spiritual perspective.

My intention is to help you feel supported, heard, and at peace — and to ensure that this stage of life can unfold in a way that feels aligned with you.

I have completed my End-of-life Doula Training with INELDA - International end-of-life doula association.
