Emotional Health
Decode how emotional traumas and conflicts manifest physically.
Could unresolved emotional conflicts be part of your symptoms or illness?
Have you ever felt that, despite doing “all the right things” for your health, something still isn’t shifting?
You may be taking care of your body, making changes to your lifestyle, and trying to move forward — yet still experiencing recurring symptoms, chronic illness, or a sense that something deeper is unresolved.
There is a growing understanding that our emotional experiences can influence our physical health.
Unresolved stress, past experiences, trauma, and emotional conflicts may be held within the body and can contribute to how we feel over time.
This doesn’t mean emotions are the sole cause of illness — but they can be an important piece of the puzzle.
For many people, exploring this connection can open a new path toward healing and understanding.
This approach focuses on gently the emotional patterns and experiences that may be connected to what you are going through.
We map out the timeline of your life experiences to gain a deeper understanding of how key moments have shaped you, and gently identify patterns that may be ready to shift.
Together, we may explore:
recurring emotional themes
past experiences that may still be influencing how you feel today
the connection between emotional states, stress, and physical symptoms
supportive ways to process and release what has been held
Emotions are energy in motion. We also work with your energy system to release what is ready to shift and transform.
The intention is not to force change, but to create awareness, understanding, and space for what is ready to unfold beneath the surface.
🌿 Training and background
I am trained in Psychobiology (also known as Psychosomatic Medicine), by Dr. Marzanna Radziszewska. Additionally, I am certified in Recall Healing. My interest in the work of Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer and New German Medicine has further shaped my understanding of how unresolved emotional conflicts can manifest as physical symptoms.
