Hi, I’m Joanna Bednarek.
My interest in health didn’t begin from a place of curiosity — it began from a place of need.
Over the years, I’ve faced a number of personal health challenges, including a close encounter with death through meningitis and sepsis, as well as asthma, obesity, depression, and cancer.
Those experiences changed the way I see life, health, and what it really means to feel well.
At first, I was simply trying to help myself.
That journey led me to train and work as a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner, where I began to understand the body in a more intuitive way. Later, through running a health food store, I immersed myself in studying nutrition, supplements, and herbal medicine, and became deeply curious about how the body heals — and what it truly needs.
Over time, my path continued to evolve.
I trained as a Kundalini Yoga teacher, and breathwork coach which became a big part of my life. For the past 6 years, I’ve been teaching and working with the breath — and it’s still one of the most powerful tools I know for transformation.
My curiosity also took me into neuroscience, where I trained as a qEEG and neurofeedback therapist, mapping brain activity and gaining a deeper understanding of how our inner world shapes how we feel and function.
But beyond all the trainings and roles, what matters most to me is this:
I’ve walked this path myself.
Today, in my mid-40s, I feel healthier, stronger, and more connected to myself than I ever have before — not because I found a quick fix, but because I stayed with the process of change, step by step.
For over 15 years, I’ve worked in the health and wellness space, supporting others through their own challenges. I’ve had the privilege of witnessing people reconnect with themselves, move through difficult periods, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
Since 2022, I’ve been working as a health coach alongside functional medicine practitioners in the UK, which has helped me better understand how physical health is shaped by the way we live, how we relate to stress, and how we care for ourselves overall.
I have also contributed to the creation and delivery of educational health programmes alongside functional medicine practices in the UK.
I also bring a feminine, intuitive quality into my work, allowing space, presence, and flow to guide what is needed in each moment.
I deeply love this work, and the greatest reward is witnessing the transformation and results that unfold in the people I support.
Today, I bring together everything I’ve learned and lived through into my work.
My Approach
My work isn’t about pushing or fixing.
It’s about guiding you — gently and honestly — through a process of transformation that feels natural, grounded, and sustainable.
And I meet you exactly where you are.
