Health coaching is a growing profession, emerging from the need to support people in navigating their way back to health through lifestyle medicine. Rooted in behaviour change and positive psychology, we take a client-centred approach—empowering you to unlock your potential, build sustainable habits, and move toward optimal health.

Scientific evidence demonstrates that many diseases and chronic conditions can be prevented and even reversed with the right life-style interventions.

As a Functional Medicine Health Coach certified by FMCA, I am equipped with the tools to help you strengthen key pillars of health—including nutrition, exercise, circadian rhythm, stress management, and more.

I provide expert guidance, compassionate support, and accountability to help you set and achieve meaningful lifestyle changes, no matter how big or small.

Just as a sports coach helps athletes develop and excel at sport, a health coach can help anyone develop and enjoy their best health, especially those living with chronic health conditions. Health coaching empowers you, getting you actively involved in setting your own health strategies and long-term goals.

Change can be exciting, and together we’ll create a personalised health vision and action plan tailored to your goals—across nutrition, sleep, stress management, emotional health, and movement!

Since the end of 2021, I have been working alongside Charmaine Shepherd at Edinburgh Health and gaining understanding and experience of working with the most established Functional Medicine Practice in Scotland.
