Functional medicine health coaching is a supportive, collaborative process that helps you make meaningful and sustainable changes in your health and lifestyle.

It is rooted in behaviour change, positive psychology, awareness, and practical support—helping you move from where you are now toward a healthier, more balanced version of yourself.

Many of the challenges we face in health are not just about knowledge, but about patterns, stress, habits, and how supported we feel in making change.

My work is about understanding your current reality, your nervous system, and your capacity for change—then working with that in a realistic and sustainable way.

Together, we create a clear and supportive health focus based on your needs and goals where your lifestyle becomes your medicine.

This work may support you if you are navigating ongoing health challenges such as gut problems, metabolic and cardiometabolic health concerns, hormonal changes, challenges with weight regulation, anxiety, or difficulties with focus, concentration, and cognitive clarity, as well as other chronic patterns that feel persistent and impact your overall health. We look at the key pillars of health — including nutrition, movement, circadian rhythm, and stress regulation — to help rebuild balance, consistency, and confidence in how you care for your body.

The process is collaborative, steady, and supportive—designed to help you make changes that actually last.

My work is delivered online, allowing me to support clients worldwide in a way that is flexible, accessible, and from the comfort of their own space.

Since 2021, I have been working alongside Charmaine Shepherd at Edinburgh Health and gaining understanding and experience of working with the most established Functional Medicine Practice in Scotland.

During this time, I have also contributed to and delivered health education online programmes and workshops, supporting groups in understanding and improving their health in practical ways.
