This 6-month online group programme is a gentle, yet powerful, journey toward rebuilding a loving and trusting relationship with yourself. Together, we’ll explore different areas of health, with a focus on nutrition, emotional balance, embodied living, and supporting your body to reach and maintain its natural, optimal weight.
Through live coaching sessions, reflective practices, and a supportive community, you’ll have space to:
Learn a science-based approach, grounded in research on women, to understand what to eat, when and how to fast, and how to exercise in a way that supports your body’s optimal weight.
Understand your emotions and how they shape your choices
Release emotional blocks that keep you stuck in old patterns

One-to-one coaching session is our time to connect so I can understand your needs and goals, and help you personalise the plan to suit your journey.
Monthly Group Zoom Sessions
A live, supportive space to explore key themes, learn practical tools, and connect with other women walking a similar path.
We will meet online on the second Friday of each month, on the following dates:

Weekly Practices & Reflections
Embodied exercises, journaling prompts, and gentle practices to integrate the learning and transformation at your own pace.

You can pay in monthly instalments, or alternatively, spread the cost over 12 months at £64.50 per month.For those who wish to pay the full 6 months upfront, a 10% discount is offered, bringing the total to £696.60 for the entire programme.
