NEW DATES! A 6-Week Nervous System Recalibration — Online Retreat
Lately, I’ve been noticing — and feeling — how the chaos and uncertainty in the world can shake our sense of safety and calm. It’s becoming harder to regulate ourselves and allow our nervous system to truly settle. Pause for a moment — how does your body feel right now? How easily can you rest or relax?
It’s easy to get used to living in hyperarousal — high cortisol, constant stimulation, forgetting what it feels like to be grounded, to rest, to simply feel calm. Life can feel fast, intense, full of events and potential conflicts. More than ever, we need to remind ourselves to slow down, regulate, and recalibrate. To connect with others and co-create spaces where safety, rest, and ease are possible.
This programme grew out of my regular breathwork classes, which I’ve been teaching for over five years. Over time, I felt a longing for something deeper — practices that are powerful like breathwork, but also other techniques that help us feel steady, safe, and embodied.
I’ll be sharing years of experience as a yoga teacher, breathwork coach, trauma therapist, and neurofeedback therapist, as well as from coaching hundreds of people in Functional Medicine containers, running group workshops, and programmes focused on the nervous system.
Together, we’ll explore stress and the nervous system using breathwork, vagal toning, emotional release, meditation, mindfulness, and more.
You’ll not only discover the science and practical reasoning behind it, but also gain tools to feel calmer, safer, and more grounded in everyday life.
We will meet weekly on Fridays, 6–7 PM UK time via Zoom, starting 10th April. Each session begins with a group check-in, followed by a short presentation and guided practices. The goal is to give you practical tools you can use regularly, creating a strong foundation to feel more regulated.
All sessions will be recorded, so you can revisit the practices whenever you need.
We’ll also have a supportive WhatsApp group where we can share experiences, stay motivated, and nurture a sense of community. I’ve been noticing how powerful this has been in my current programme as it comes to a close — seeing people connect, exchange ideas, and keep the community alive.
This is a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and find your baseline again.
