Creating Health Is an Ongoing Practice
Creating and maintaining health isn’t something that just happens — it requires conscious action across different areas of our lives. Becoming aware of what those areas are, checking in with how we’re doing in each of them, and making small adjustments over time is something I truly encourage everyone to do regularly.
Being proactive about your health is one of the most powerful investments you can make for your future. It has the potential to prevent many diseases and deeply improve quality of life.
I feel privileged to have worked with many clients in my health coaching practice. I’m always curious about what makes some people move forward with change quickly, while others — even with all the right tools and knowledge — seem to struggle or stay stuck.
Change is rarely linear, and one thing is clear: it has to be personalised. Everyone’s journey is different. While all pillars of health need to be considered — from nutrition and movement, to sleep and environment — one stands out as absolutely essential when it comes to healing and recovery: the nervous system.
We cannot truly heal or repair if we are not spending the majority of our time in a parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) state. When the nervous system is dysregulated — when we’re under stress (and not just mental stress, but all kinds: physical, emotional, environmental) — we lose touch with how we’re really feeling. The body doesn’t have the safety to rest, repair, or restore. Instead, it holds on to resources, preparing for an emergency that may never come.
That’s why I believe that nervous system regulation is the key to staying healthy, recovering health, and living a full, meaningful life. It influences everything — our relationships, our sense of peace, creativity, joy, and purpose.
With that in heart, I’m inviting you to join my new class:
Nervous System Practices for Resilience & Balance.
A nourishing online class designed to support your nervous system regulation through a blend of:
Breathwork
Vagal toning
Meditation
Gentle stretching
Self-regulation techniques
This class is donation-based and will take place weekly. Two sessions will be held in English, and two in Polish.
This offering is also a part of my wider mission — to contribute to community, connection, and a more balanced, harmonious way of living.
If we want to see change in the world, we must begin by looking inward.
There is nothing more needed in the world right now than inner peace. ❤️
