Health is created by the little day to day habits that we do every day,  in terms of our nutrition, sleep, exercise and relaxation. But bad habits can be difficult to shake. In this workshop we teach you how to create habits that last a lifetime.

Through a combination of expert guidance, interactive activities and practical tools, our workshop will provide you with the knowledge and support that you need to break free from those pesky habits that are holding you back.

As a certified IFM Health Coach, with wealth of experience in helping people make lasting changes in their lives, I am excited of sharing this first of many workshops in 2024!
