Beyond the scale: A holistic transformation journey for women over 40
For most of my life, I struggled with self-acceptance, often feeling uncomfortable in my own skin as I navigated years of being overweight and, at times, even obesity.
Now, over 40, I’m finally experiencing a sense of peace and acceptance with my body that I never thought possible. This past year has been one of deep transformation for me, during which I released old beliefs and emotional wounds that held me back from truly embracing myself. I’ve realised that lasting change isn’t just about nutrition or exercise—it’s about healing on every level.
In the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people whose goals revolve around weight loss and achieving their healthiest body composition. Many of these clients were well-informed on what they "should" be doing, yet found themselves unable to fully commit or see lasting results. Through my own journey and witnessing theirs, I’ve come to understand that the obstacles to transformation often go much deeper than we realise.
Extra weight often serves as protection—from being vulnerable, from being seen, from embracing sensuality and presence in our bodies. Many of the women I’ve worked with have experienced emotional traumas, and some, like myself, have used weight as a shield, often unconsciously, to protect themselves. The journey to self-acceptance and transformation is not just about changing the body; it’s about understanding and releasing what lies beneath.

Over the years, I’ve used and taught a wide range of methods, including health coaching, massage, breathwork, yoga, HRV, and techniques to uncover and address the emotional root causes of imbalance. We’ll focus on emotional release work, building resilience within the nervous system, and using tools from the HeartMath Institute to help foster coherence and inner balance. Together, we’ll integrate the latest science on nutrition, fasting, and exercise for women over 40 to help you create healthy, sustainable weight loss. This isn’t about quick fixes or restrictive measures—it’s about building a foundation for lifelong health and empowerment, so you can step forward with confidence and self-acceptance.
