Recall Healing. A holistic approach to health and healing

Have you heard about German New Medicine, Recall Healing, David’s Hawkins Map of consciousness or Integral theory by Ken Wilbert?

Psychobiology combines all of the above to describe the relationships between physiological mechanisms and psychological and behavioural processes. This concept helps us to understand the ideal functioning of every living organism as well as what causes illness, whilst supporting individuals in recovery and healing.

It’s not a magic pill however, and it doesn’t diagnose illness; but it does offer a complete approach to gain understanding of the psychobiological causes of symptoms and various health conditions. Working alongside doctors and health practitioners while using Psychobiology principles allows us to see a fuller picture and offers a comprehensive solution to health and wellbeing.

What is illness and why does it occur? What sort of information symptoms and health conditions are being brought to your attention? Can we regain good health faster by working simultaneously on physical, biological, and psychological levels?

All questions I am asking whilst I have been studying Psychobiology at the Polish Psychobiology Institute for the past year. I’m fascinated by (and convinced that) this holistic approach can help us to regain full health faster while resolving the underlying conflicts that created the environment for illness in the first place.
